HOW LONG WILL THE SKIN LAST?

If applied and used properly, our skins can last up to 2 years.

WHAT IF THE WRAP HAS BUBBLES AFTER APPLYING?

Most applications don’t get bubble if you follow the instructions carefully while applying, but if bubbles appear push them to the nearest opening. Leave pesky bubbles for those screen guards.

ARE SKINS WATERPROOF?

Yes, skins are 100% water-proof and will not get affected even when your device is submerged or exposed to water.

ARE SKINS FADE-PROOF?

Yes, skins, when applied on your device, will retain their premium look without fading or discoloring and even when it is exposed to varying climatic conditions..

IS IT MANDATORY TO USE A HAIR DRYER WHEN I APPLY THE SKIN?

Yes, hair dryer is a must to make the skins adhere stick to the curve surfaces. This also helps in avoiding peeling.

DO WE PROVIDE 3M SKINS?

WHAT ARE FLAT BACK SKINS AND FULL BACK SKINS?

Flat Back skins are designed to cover only the back panel of your phone and not the sides, top and bottom. Full Back skins are precision cut for all the ports and buttons and cover the back, sides, top and bottom.

ARE SKINS COMPATIBLE WITH WIRELESS CHARGERS?

HOW TO PLACE MY ORDER?

To place an order on our website, please follow the following steps:

With options as vast as the ocean, you will first have to pick what skin you like.

This will lead to a list of the selected products, where you can have a second look.

Once you’ve confirmed what to order, click on “check out”.

You can place your order by logging into your account or by signing in as a guest.

Confirm your shipping. address, select the payment method, place the order, and sit back and relax.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will get regular updates & tracking details via mail to let you know about the status of your order. Kindly always also check your Junk/Spam folder as our mail might end up there depending on your mailbox setting.

HOW DO I GET A CONFIRMATION ON THE ORDER I’VE PLACED?

Once the order has been placed, you will be receiving an email update with a confirmation on the selected products.

Another email update shall be sent to you along with the tracking number, once the order has been shipped out.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT ONLINE?

Yes, you can cancel it until it is shipped from our warehouse, which happens usually 4-24 hours. Please contact us on Whatsapp for cancellation.

DELIVERY FAQS

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

We do not ship out order on holidays. Monday to Saturday are business days. If you place an order on Saturday, your order would be shipped on Monday.It generally takes 2-4 business days to deliver the product from our shipping partner. It depends from region to region, metro cities will recieve product first than remote cities.

WHY MY ORDER IS DELAYED

Sometimes due to some reasons it may take 1-2 more business days than expected to deliver your product by our shipping partner which will occur very rarely.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T GET DELIVERED?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your used payment method.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FAQS

WHAT WILL BE THE MODE OF REFUNDS?

Your refunds will be sent to the original payment source used by you at the time of placing your order.

2. Is refund possible for Cash on Delivery Product?

It is definitely possible to get refund for COD when you return your shipment safely. Once we receive your returned package, our support team will connect with you.you will recieve money in paytm or upi only.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE?

The amount you paid will be credited in your used payment method.Please note that there will be a deduction of Rs.100 (US$ 1.99) as restocking fee from the refunds for each ordered item to cover shipping costs which we have to pay to shipping partner.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

A used product is not useful to us. We won’t be able to take that back.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT?

If you identify a defect in the skin before the application, just mail us some images of the product within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

After examining the same, we will exchange your product at our cost. If you identify the defect after the application, mail some photos and we will advise further action after examining the defect.
