DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All the orders within India and international are shipped through registered courier company.

All International orders are delivered within 8-9 business days and domestic orders within 6-7 business days.

Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status, from the "Track Order" in the website footer.

 

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.

In the case of a failed delivery where the customer is unavailable or unable to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for any associated charges related to the unsuccessful delivery attempt.
